Apparel (DTG-printed tees & hoodies)
Our designs are printed with DTG (Direct-to-Garment) water-based inks that bond to the cotton fibers for a soft, breathable print.
First unboxing
- A faint pre-treatment smell or light boxy marks are normal with DTG. They disappear after the first wash.
- Check sizing before washing; unworn items are easier to assess if there’s an issue.
Wash & dry
- Turn inside-out to reduce friction on the print.
- Cold (30 °C / 86 °F), gentle cycle.
- Use mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach, oxygen whiteners on prints, and fabric softener (softeners coat fibers and can dull prints).
- Air-dry flat or on a hanger. If you tumble, use low heat.
- Do not dry clean.
Ironing & steaming
- If needed, iron inside-out on low.
- Never iron directly on printed areas. Place a pressing cloth between iron and fabric or avoid the print zone entirely.
- Steam is fine off-garment; avoid direct steam jets on prints.
Longevity tips
- Wash with similar colors.
- Mesh bag helps reduce abrasion for delicate fabrics.
- Avoid overfilling the machine (prints rub more when crowded).
- Expect natural cotton shrinkage up to ~5%; size up for an oversized fit.
Troubleshooting
- Faint “box” or sheen after wash 1? That’s pretreat—wash once more, air-dry.
- Cracking after high-heat drying or ironing over print? Heat damage is irreversible—keep temps low.
- Lint/pilling? Use a fabric shaver lightly; avoid harsh lint rollers on prints.
Please note: Care-related damage (high heat, softeners, ironing on print) isn’t considered a product defect. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Totes (Organic cotton twill)
- Cold wash (30 °C / 86 °F), gentle cycle.
- Turn inside-out if printed both sides.
- Air-dry; reshape while damp.
- Do not bleach.
- Iron on medium, avoiding printed areas (or iron inside-out with a cloth).
Hats (Cotton twill dad hat, DTG-printed)
- Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- For deeper clean: hand-wash cool, avoid soaking the brim.
- Air-dry on a rounded object (bowl) to keep shape.
- Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron embroidery.
Phone cases (Tough Case, dual-layer PC/TPU)
- Wipe with a soft, damp microfiber; a drop of mild soap if needed.
- Avoid high-alcohol cleaners/solvents (they can dull or abrade the print).
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent yellowing of TPU edges over time.
- Wireless/induction charging compatible; remove metal rings/plates before charging.
- Remove the case occasionally to clean dust from the phone edges.
