That means your magical merch isn’t sitting in a warehouse — it’s created the moment you place your order. This helps reduce overproduction and keeps things more intentional, but it also means a little extra time is needed before your order ships.

Currently, Not From This Realm ships to the following realms:
- Europe
- EFTA (NO, IS, LI, CH)
- USA
- UK
We’re hoping to expand to other magical territories soon! ✨
If you’re outside these areas and want to get your hands on something, let us know — if enough demand arises, we may just open a portal your way.
Multiple Shipments
To speed up delivery and reduce customs fees, your order may arrive in separate packages. This is because different products (e.g. hoodies, totes, phone cases) may be fulfilled in different Printful facilities depending on your location and stock availability.
You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment (if applicable).
Customs & Duties
We produce and ship locally from facilities within the USA, EU, and UK, customers in these regions won’t usually need to pay customs or import taxes.
However, for countries outside these zones or in rare cases where your local customs office applies extra fees, you may be responsible for those charges. These are determined by your country’s laws and are not included in your order total.
Shipping carriers
We use regional fulfillment centers (US, EU, UK, etc.). Your order is automatically routed to the closest facility with stock, and our system picks the most reliable carrier for your address and parcel size. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships. We can’t guarantee a specific carrier at checkout.
- USA: Usually USPS or UPS; some routes use FedEx or DHL eCommerce.
- UK: Royal Mail for most small parcels; DPD for courier deliveries.
- EU: Primarily DHL or DPD; in some countries the local post completes final delivery.
- EEFTA: DHL/DPD with hand-off to local postal partners (e.g., PostNord/Swiss Post).
Failed Delivery or Returned Shipments
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it — but additional shipping fees will apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days at support@notfromthisrealm.com and we’ll make it right.
