We’ve gathered and answered the most common questions to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. From shipping details to sizing help, you’ll find everything you need below.
Where do you ship to?

Currently, Not From This Realm ships to the following realms:

  • Europe including EFTA
  • USA
  • UK (excl. Northern Ireland)

We’re hoping to expand to other magical territories soon! ✨
If you’re outside these areas and want to get your hands on something, let us know — if enough demand arises, we may just open a portal your way.
How long does shipping take?

Every item is made just for you once you place your order, so it takes a few days to create your product before it ships.

Average fulfillment time: 2–7 business days

Please note: These are estimates. You’ll get detailed tracking info when your order is on the way.
Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use regional fulfillment centers (US, EU, UK, etc.). Your order is automatically routed to the closest facility with stock, and our system picks the most reliable carrier for your address and parcel size. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it ships. We can’t guarantee a specific carrier at checkout.

  • USA: Usually USPS or UPS; some routes use FedEx or DHL eCommerce.
  • UK: Royal Mail for most small parcels; DPD for courier deliveries.
  • EU: Primarily DHL or DPD; in some countries the local post completes final delivery.
Can I return or exchange something?

Because all items are made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse.
But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days at support@notfromthisrealm.com and we’ll make it right.

Will I need to pay customs, tarrifs or import taxes?

In most cases — no! Because we produce and ship locally from facilities within the USA, EU, and UK, customers in these regions won’t usually need to pay customs or import taxes.

However, for countries outside these zones or in rare cases where your local customs office applies extra fees, you may be responsible for those charges. These are determined by your country’s laws and are not included in your order total.
Why did I get my order in two shipments?

Some items may ship separately because they’re made in different fulfillment centers. No worries — your full order is still on its way!
How do I wash and care for my items?

Every product comes with a care label attached. You’ll also find care instructions on each product page.


In general:

  • Turn apparel inside out
  • Wash cold, gentle cycle
  • Avoid bleach or fabric softener
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Don’t iron directly on prints

Important: Proper care keeps the print fresh. Damage from improper washing/heat/ironing isn’t a product fault or eligible for return. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Where are your items manufactured?

All Not From This Realm products are made to order through our production partner Printful. They have fulfillment centers located in the USA, Europe, and the UK, and your order will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to you whenever possible. This helps reduce shipping time, costs, and environmental impact.

What kind of print or embroidery do you use?

We use a mix of DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTF (Direct-to-Film), and embroidery, depending on the design and garment type:

  • DTG (Direct-to-Garment):
    Ideal for high-detail, colorful designs. It's printed directly onto the fabric using water-based inks that soak into the fibers — making the print soft, breathable, and long-lasting when cared for properly.
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film):
    Used for bold or specialty designs where precision is key. The design is printed on a special film and heat-transferred onto the fabric, resulting in vibrant, durable prints with great texture.
  • Embroidery:
    Used on select items like sleeves, logos, or patches. It involves stitching thread directly into the fabric for a textured, premium feel that stands the test of time.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has a sizing guide with measurements. Our hoodies and tees use unisex sizing. We recommend you size up if you want an oversized fit.

Can I send something as a gift?

You can! While we don’t offer gift wrapping (yet), you can always ship directly to a friend or even grab a NFTR Gift Card so they can pick out their present themselves.
